The Mississippi Department of Transportation has begun doing some road work at the intersection of 22nd Avenue and North Frontage Road. In order to slow down traffic as the work is being done, MDOT has converted the traffic signal at that intersection to red all four ways. That means drivers should treat the intersection as a four-way stop.

The light will continue to be red all four ways for the next two to three weeks, until the street repairs are completed.
