A one-block section of 23rd Avenue will be closed on Monday, March 10 while city crews install a water tap. The street will be closed between 15th and 16th streets from 8 a.m. until about 4 p.m. Crews will be running a water tap to a new business and will have to cut across 23rd Avenue to make the connection. Drivers must use alternate routes while the street is closed.
