The collections division is comprised of seven people. All collection of funds flow, approximately $43.5 million, through the division.

Functions

1. Collect all revenues of the city.

2. Record all revenues of the city.

3. Provide first contact for citizens for information.

4. Provides source of information for persons owing municipal court fines.

5. Processes all claims dockets to pay vendors.

6. Has primary responsibility for the annual audit.

Approved by the City Council the first and third Tuesday of each month and mailed as soon as possible thereafter.
