collections division is comprised of seven people. All collection of funds
flow, through this division.
Functions
1.
Collect all revenues of the city.
2.
Record all revenues of the city.
3.
Provide first contact for citizens for information.
4.
Provides source of information for persons owing municipal court fines.
5.
Processes all claims dockets to pay vendors.
6.
Has primary responsibility for the annual audit.
