(previously listed individually in 1972; included as element #86 in the Urban Center Historic District) Five story, brick commercial building with Romanesque Revival characteristics, cornice, storefront with proscenium, stone archway, second and third floors divided into three bays with stone pilasters, central segmented arch with keystones, flanking round arches, second floor with trabeated window ribbon with stone lintels and third floor with segmented arch windows, fourth story with arched ribbon windows, stone pilasters, hip roof of asphalt shingles, dormer with entablature trabeated window ribbon.
