(previously listed individually as a part of the Meridian MRA in 1979) Three story, brick commercial building with flat tar roof, entablature with stone cornice, canted entry with off center, double leaf, wood and glass panel door, sidelights, multi-pane transom, corbelling, display windows, cloth awnings, second floor delineated from first by stone, denticulated string course, 1/1 double hung sash windows, second floor delineated from third by brick string course, third floor with 1/1 double hung sash windows.
