(previously listed as element #43 - contributing - in the Meridian Urban Center Historic District) Two story, brick, stucco-clad commercial building with flat roof of tar composition, parapet, cornice, frieze with stylized rustication, storefront with off center plate glass door, display windows, stringcourse, second floor with three segmented arch 1/1 double hung sash windows with segmented arch surrounds, brick voussoirs, quoins.
