(previously listed as element #20 . contributing . in the Meridian Urban Center Historic District) Two story, brick commercial building with flat roof of tar, parapet with stucco-cladding, cornice, running ornament bands with zigzag and pilasters, storefront with stucco-cladding, central entrance with gabled pediment relief with keystone, transom, clerestory, recessed door of wood and glass panel door, display windows, second floor with segmented arch top 1/1 double hung sash windows with denticulated segmented arch lintels.
