(previously listed individually as a part of the Meridian MRA in 1979) Seventeen-story Art Deco skyscraper with granite base articulated by pilasters and polychrome terra cotta ornamentation. Eleven stories atop base with alternating brick pilasters and recessed window-and-spandrel panels. Eighth and ninth floors divided by elaborately modeled polychromed terra cotta panels, setback upper stories with oriental motifs in terra cotta. Copper casement windows, mosaics of tile on base.
