A section of Poplar Springs Drive will be closed Thursday, October 11 so city crews can install a water tap. The section between 40th and 41st streets will be closed from 7:15 a.m. until 4 p.m. Since that section of the street is in front of Poplar Springs Elementary School, accommodations will be made on the street so parents can drop of and pick up their children.
