The officers pictured below were honored Wedensday in Jackson, MS by the Department of Public Safety Planning at a Buckle for Life luncheon for the enforcement of seat belt and/or child restraints citations issued for 2009.

Officers who wrote more than 25 child restraint citations or more than 100 seat belt violations were eligible for these honors.

The Meridian Police Department is proud of the accomplishments these officers achieved in 2009.
