PUBLIC HEARING ON= FY 2006 BUDGET, TUESDAY, SEPTEMBER 13, 2005 AT 5:30 P.M.

Meeting called to= order by Council President Palmer.

Present:  Thomas, Perry, Henson, Palmer, Har= ris.

Absent:  None.

            Motion was made by Councilwoman Henson duly seconded by Councilman Thomas and unanimously passed by the Council to open the public hearing on the FY 2006 Budget.

            Those appearing to speak were as follows:  (1) Al Willis, 3529= 36th Avenue – He stated the director at Lakev= iew Golf Course has done what he could with the money available.  He asked the City Council to visit= the golf course and consider giving some money to help the golf course survive = and make money.

 =

            Motion was made by Councilman Thomas duly seconded by Councilwoman Henson and unanimously passed by the Council to close the public hearing.  No action was taken.

            There being no further business to come before the Council at this time, the meet= ing was adjourned.  Sine die.=
